Festive Delivery
- All festive takeaway set meals must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
- All festive roast items and festive goodies must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
- Delivery hours are from 11am to 9pm.
- Delivery fee is SGD35nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery for orders above SGD300nett in a single transaction to one destination. ( excluding Sentosa / Tuas )
Takeaway
- All takeaway set meals must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
- All festive roast items and festive goodies must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
- Self pick-up hours are from 11am to 10pm.
- All orders can be collected from the Hotel Jen Tanglin lobby driveway.
Refund/Cancellation Policy

Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.

Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:

Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or

Cancelling the order and receive full refund
