- Prices quoted are nett and in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
- Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
- To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
- Mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.
- Not valid concurrently with any promotions, discounts or member privileges, unless otherwise stated for particular campaigns.
- Shangri-La Circle points accrual is not valid.

Privacy Policy
Delivery
- All delivery orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
- First delivery is at 10am, last delivery is at 8.30pm.
- Delivery fee is SGD20 per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery for purchases above SGD200 in a single bill and receipt.

Self Pick Up
- All takeaway set meals must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
- Self pick-up hours are from 10am to 8.30pm
- All orders must be collected within 30 minutes from the selected pick-up time
- All orders can be collected from Makan@Jen on Level 10.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
- Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
- Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
- Cancelling the order and receive full refund
Shangri-La Circle Points
- Shangri-La Circle Points accrual is valid for items purchased except stated otherwise. Please provide Shangri-La Circle membership number upon check out. Not a member?
