Agreement to Terms of Use

  • Prices quoted are nett and in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
  • To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
  • Mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.
  • Not valid concurrently with any promotions, discounts or member privileges, unless otherwise stated for particular campaigns.
  • Golden Circle points accrual is not valid.

Delivery

  • All delivery orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • First delivery is at 10am, last delivery is at 8.30pm.
  • Delivery fee is SGD15nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery for purchases above SGD150nett in a single bill and receipt.

Self Pick Up

  • All orders for self pick up must be placed at 24 hours in advance.
  • First pick up is at 10am, last pick up is at 8.30pm.
  • All orders must be collected within 30 minutes from the selected pick-up time.
  • All orders can be collected from Hotel Driveway.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
  • Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
    1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
    2. Cancelling the order and receive full refund
